What we collect
When you register interest through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, role, organisation (if given), state or territory, therapeutic area interests, and any additional context you include.
We also collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, referral source, device type, and approximate location — to understand how the site is used. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
How we use it
Registration data is used to prioritise outreach as the platform is finalised, to understand ecosystem demand across therapeutic areas and geographies, and to support program development including government grant applications where aggregate registration statistics may be cited as evidence of community engagement.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share aggregate, de-identified statistics (for example, “X registrations from Y organisations across Z states”) in program reporting.
Where it is stored
Registration data is stored securely in a hosted database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled. Access is restricted to authorised members of the Proto Axiom operations team. The database infrastructure is hosted in Australia where available, with encrypted connections and at-rest encryption.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. You may also request deletion of your registration data at any time.
To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
